Amakusa Farm Workshop Fao
Freshly picked Shiranui🍊
Have you eaten yet?
Why not come to the quieter Amakusa area from autumn to winter?

Owners of Shiranui mandarin trees will be the owners of their Shiranui tree for one season and will monitor the growth of the fruit through photographs and reports.
It's OK to come from far away. We will harvest the fruit at our farm and send it to you by courier.

Let's grow papayas in Amakusa!
Early summer: plant the seedlings, summer: fertilize and water, autumn: harvest.
A 30cm seedling will grow to nearly 2m.

November Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

The harvesting experience is a rare opportunity to harvest in our Shiranui fields during harvest season and taste freshly picked Shiranui.
Why not come and experience it and hear the story from the garden owner to find out why it's so rare?
It is generally held from the end of December to early February.

Shiranui is a variety that is also sold under the name Dekopon. Shiranui have individual differences in the balance of sweetness and sourness, but by storing and aging them, the skin becomes easier to peel, and the longer they are stored, the more the sourness fades and the sweeter they become.

You can now enjoy a flavor that you thought you wouldn't be able to enjoy again until winter in the summer in a slightly different way.
It's also good to eat it frozen, crunching it.

The Shima no Megumi series of dried citrus fruits, "Dried," consists of the following product lineup. They are dried as is, without adding any sugar or anything else.
